Windows 10: Windows 11 - Crashing Every 2 Minutes

My Windows 11 Computer keeps on crashing about every 2 minutes ever since my child has overheated it by playing games. If you know how to help me fix this issue, that would be excellent!

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Method 2: Restart the computer by using a clean startup procedure.

1. Right-click the Start button
   
2. Click Search
   
3. Type 'msconfig' and hit Enter
   
4. Click Services
   
5. Click the Hide all Microsoft services checkbox
   
6. Click Disable all
   
7. Click Startup
   
8. Click Open Task Manager
   
9. Click any startup program you suspect might be interfering
   
10. Click Disable
    Repeat steps 9 and 10 for all Startup programs
    
11. Click the X to close Task Manager
    
12. Click OK in the System Configuration window
    
13. Restart the system

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
