Windows 10: Windows 11 Crashing on Startup after Windows Update Second time in a month

About 3 weeks ago my computer was started up after being off while I was away for a few days. Unfortunately when it got to the Windows 11 loading screen with the swirling white dots, the dots would freeze and the computer would eventually provide me a blue screen with an “UNRECOVERABLE ERROR.” Unfortunately the upload progress of this blue screen would stay at 0% as well, and the machine would never recover or restart. Upon several restarts the results were the same, freezing at different intervals between 1-10 seconds and giving a couple of different useless errors on the blue screen.The mo

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Long Windows Startup Time

Two OS installs (one about a week ago and again now) with the same slow boot issue. This current install happened about 18 hours ago. It only has Windows 7, Office Professional 2010, some Cyberlink software (for Bluray playback/burning), and CyberPower Power Panel installed. Everything is updated.
