Windows 10: Windows 11 Create PC Sign on Accounts

Hi, Thanks in advance for any help.I am trying to add a new account to my Windows 11 PC, it should not be that hard; but for me it has been a hassle.For starters I have run:Windows UpdateCMDSfc /ScanNow Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealthFirst:Created a Microsoft Account to sign on to my PC, messed around for inordinate amount of time and gave up.The account showed up and was set to sign on but the option to sign on with this account never was displayed on restart or sign-out.Tried to accept from the Family Members email and ended up going in circles.Set account to No Sign on. Gave up.N

Creating or signing in to microsoft account

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

Am unable to create a new user. Accounts -> Add someone else to this PC options is not working to create a new account.

Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check with the status of this issue. As this might be a temporary issue.

Follow the below steps to create a new user account:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts, click on Manage another account.
• Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.
