Windows 10: Windows 11 cumulative update install error - 0x800700c1 and 0x80248007

Hello,I am trying to update to Windows 11, version 23H2, but I am getting an Install error - 0x800700c1 when trying to update.I have tried a simple restart, running Windows Update Troubleshooter, and the repair update, but the update still fails. I tried running dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth in CMD prompt, but I get "Error: 0x800f081fThe source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwli

Download error - 0x80248007 2023-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5025239)

I just ran all of those steps including the last to install windows using the iso file.

Unfortunately I am getting the same error.

2022-09 Cumulative update for Windows 11 KB5017859 fails to install with error 0x80248007

Around 24 hours after I first experienced this problem, Windows Update decided by itself to remove the Cumulative update KB5017859 and install another update, the 2022-09 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5017026).

This update installed fine, but I can't find the error 0x80248007 about the failed installation of the 2022-09 Cumulative update for Windows 11 KB5017859.

Now my system seems to be up-to-date with no pending or failed updates.

Nevertheless, I run the troubleshooter for Windows Update. This was the report:





I guess I don't have a problem anymore, since in the Windows Update -> Update History, there isn't any update flagged as "failed".

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.
