Windows 10: Windows 11 Cumulative Update, pending restart isn't working. How can I fix this because...

My computer can't install the cumulative update even after many restarts because it'll just say "pending restart" and every time I try to restart, it doesn't want to install the cumulative update and there's no error code it generates, It'll just say pending restart. I tried doing a CMOS reset and using troubleshooter but nothing seems to be working. I'm on Windows 11 Home and on version 24H2.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Windows update downloaded and start installing Windows 11 while there is a Cumalitive update for windows 10 pending restart. Will this cause an issue?

"Windows Update currently status is installing windows 11, version 22H2. There is also a 2022-11 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 version 21H2 for x64 (KB5020687) Status: Pending restart"

Will this be a problem when Windows 11 finish installing and restarts? What will happen with the Windows 10 cumulative update pending restart?

If there is a conflict with both update and upgrade how do I fix it? Right now they are both pending restart. Is there a way to stop or remove the Windows 10 cumulative update so it does nothing after restart?

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
