Windows 10: Windows 11 cumulative updates are hard to update

I have a peculiar situation with updates of Windows 11 22h2. Cumulative updates and cumulative update previews do not update properly. All updates download properly. When I get to install of 25% or so the installation freezes and I end up having to reboot the computer to finish the installation. So far the reboot method has been working. Other updates download and install properly. Would anybody out there like to take a crack at this? Dave Binko

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
