2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5015882) Stuck Downloading

So Today July 22, 2022 I've been trying to update my pc (KB5015882) update but after several hours its still stuck at a certain download percentage... Am I the only one experiencing this? If not how do I fix it?

UPDATE: KB5015882 windows 11 update was fixed using In-place upgrade

You can always direct download the update and apply it. It may still take a while to install.

Install error - 0x800f0831 on windows 11 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592)

I cannot install 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592). The installation did not complete and now my computer is unstable. I have tried troubleshooting and all the steps listed in the previous post. Any changes to Windows 11 do not complete. My computer reboots several times a day and locks up at least 2 times per day.
