Windows 10: Windows 11 - Cursor Stuttering Issue

I have a persistent cursor stuttering issue that has made it impossible to use my computer.This issue started happening randomly without applying an new updates. I also tried rolling back the 22H2 update and that did not help. I've tried doing a clean boot with all non-microsoft services disabled. I updated all of the drivers for all system devices, including the Nvidia driver for my GPU. I tried disabling the USB power off feature, mouse precision enhancement, etc. I tried installing the mouse manufacturer software as well and that did not help. I adjusted the DPI and pooling rate from 100 u

my cursor stutters when a software is lagging. and its very annoying especially when playing minecraft bedrock. the cursor just stutters for a split second and goes back to normal. this happens so many times

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, is the most stable method to advance to the latest version, and solves most problems.
