Windows 10: Windows 11 Daily Random Crash/Shutdown

My computer is crashing random shutdown, no restarts or BSOD several times daily and has been for a month or two. At first it was sporadic, and I thought related to overstraining the system while gaming, but it would also crash during sleep mode almost inevitably. Now it crashes three or four times in the first 10 minutes after startup and then runs almost as normal for the rest of the day. And by as normal, I mean it still might crash 1-3 times after that. If put into sleep mode or switched off during the day, the pattern repeats.The pattern is similar while gaming: the system will crash

Is it so random you can be doing anything, or are you doing certain things when it shuts down?

2) Try turning off Fast Startup in Windows 11 to see if that helps:
