Windows 10: Windows 11 deactivated after changing ram

this is gonna be long sorry about a month ago i bought some ram to add to my pc. It made my pc crash and mess up and at one point it wouldnt boot and said something about corrupted windows filles. I could never fix the ram problem so i just kept my original ram and my pc stopped messing up. anyway, i dont care about the ram now, my main problem is windows deactivated a few days after all this. Ive tried so many things and nothing seems to work. at first i didnt really care that windows was deactivated, i just wanted to get the watermark off my desktop, so i did a bunch of things to try to ju

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

To RAM or not to RAM...

Hey genesis what hardware have you bought, you might be able to save on the ram and step up the rest of the hardware a little...

Or you could go out on the town as suggested... *Big Grin
