  1. Windows 11 deactivated won't reactivate

Hello, my Surface Pro 7 recently updated and windows has deactivated and will not activate now. I have tried calling numbers to talk to someone, but it's just an automated message that sends me a link that doesn't answer any of my questions or fix the issue. When I bought it, wondows was pre-installed, they activated it for me, but never left me with a product key or anything. I tried running commands I saw from different questions asked regarding this, but nothing has worked. Can someone PLEASE help me fix this? I'm tired of listening to an automated message that's getting me nowhere.

    :)

Deactivating and Reactivating Microsoft Windows 11 Pro

My previous laptop just died on me and so I recently switched to a new laptop. On my previous laptop I had Microsoft Windows 11 Pro and on this one I have Microsoft Windows 11 Home. I was wondering if there was a way I could deactivate it on my previous laptop and then reactivate it on my new laptop. I still have the product key but it won't let me upgrade. I have attached the error message I keep receiving.
