Windows 10: Windows 11 defender not opening after installing a cracked version of game

Recently i have installed a cracked game which was my biggest mistake i have ever done. There was an application to disable win defender i used it and now by using it i cant enable it. Whenever i open windows defender from setting it shows blank screen.

I suggest you to install the games in Windows 7 compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
