Windows 10: Windows 11 Desktop Rendering problem

On Windows 11 since I got a new computer, with Windows 11 installed aleready, I got a problem. On my desktop, not the folder, the one with background, there are icons to access my folder like Videos, Documents, and also Desktop. These are not shortcuts because they aren't in the desktop folder, even with hidden files activated, if deleted they delete the ones in my user folder and finally if I delete the others in my user folder they are still rendered. They are like the Bin folder but can't be disabled in my Themes.I don't know where this comes from since I saw no videos with peoples having t

More Blurry text problems, but only text rendering in MS browsers


Further update on this;

• The blurry text rendering in Edge/IE11 is only a problem when browsing on my Laptop which is v1511(Build 10586.11)
• Using my Desktop, the rendering is fine - the Desktop is still v10.0(Build 10240)

So this could therefore be down to a number of things

1. There is a difference between builds 10240 and 10586.11
2. There is a difference between the display drivers on the 2 machines
3. There is some other HTML rendering issue on the laptop

The Desktop Graphics are Intel(R) HD 26/11/2012 Version 8.15.10.2900: The Laptop Graphics are exactly the same, so that presumably cancels out option 2

 

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.
