Windows 10: Windows 11 detects all displays, yet won't extend

I have a serious issue, on windows 11, it won't connect my second display even though it's able to connect to my elgato and original display. When I go to settings, it shows a drop down menu that says "disconnect this display" under that display and when I put it to "extend display" it lags hard and then doesn't extend and the drop down menu says the same thing. I have done EVERY step recommended by every video and forum and still nothing.When I go into the advanced display setting, it says "display 2 connected to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super" and has a drop down button with it saying it isn'

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).

no audio on extended display

• Were you able to get an audio on your extended display before? Or is this the first time that you will set up an extended display with your computer?
• Aside from the HDMI cable, have you tried using VGA cable instead to connect to your extended display?
• Can you verify if you have any audio on your speakers if you are not connected to the extended display?
