Windows 10: Windows 11 - DHCP loss after sleep or restart Intel AC 3168 network adapter

Since the update to Windows 11, my wifi cannot regain connection after sleep or restart. I can run the network troubleshooter to resolve. When I do so, it says DHCP isn't enabled and enables it to fix the problem. This fix works, but right now, I have to run the troubleshooter every time my computer comes out of sleep or restarts.I've updated my network driver to the latest and have checked for any other key driver updates. As best as I can tell, I'm fully up to date.I've also already disabled the Power Management setting to allow the computer to turn the network adapter off to save power, a

Wake up from sleep with Microsoft AC Adapter

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

I understand your concern to restart the laptop from sleep mode when connected to AC power adapter.

Please be informed us if you are facing any problem with while waking the computer from sleep mode.

I suggest you to update the drivers for AC power adapter from
Device Manager and check if it helps.

Steps :

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand AC Power Adapter.
• Right on the W and click on Update driver software.

If the drivers are updated, you will not have the option to Update Driver Software.

Step 2: If that does not fix the issue, please reinstall the display adapter drivers.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Display adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Display adapter
  that is listed and click “Uninstall”.
  

Restart the computer and download, install the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website.

Windows 10 update 1909 broke WiFi (Intel AC 3168)

Intel NUC6CAYH with integrated Intel Wireless AC 3168 card.

After Windows update to version 1909, WiFi connection became impossible, because there's no WiFi adapter anymore.

Still there are other adapters in Device Manager, including Bluetooth, all in normal working state.

Tried to install different driver versions from Intel site, Intel Driver Support Assistant App and from Windows Update.

After manual installation of drivers, the adapter appears in unusable state, unable to start. Trying to start returns an error.

Didabling and re-enabling didn't help. After configuration refresh, adapter disappears again.

Please provide any advice what could be a reason and how to fix that.

intel wireless-ac 9260 blue screen crash when installing adapter

Hi, that driver version 20.0.2 does not support the intel wireless-ac 9260

• WiFi_20.0.2_PROSet64_Win10.exe

Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software version = 20.0.2

• Driver version = 20.0.2.3 for Windows 10 for 18265, 8265, 18260, 8260 adapters.
  
• Driver version = 19.51.7.2 for Windows 10 for 3168, 3165, and 17265 adapters.
  
• Driver version = 18.33.9.3 for Windows 10 for 7265, 3160, and 7260 adapters.

Version: 20.10.2 does support the 9260 adapter, so I will try that one as it is the oldest one available that supports the 9260.
