Windows 10: Windows 11 digital license not Activation, support closing my ticket without contact

Need support with activating Windows

I want to contact Microsoft support via email regarding an issue with the activation of Windows 11 on my laptop. I purchased a laptop that came with Windows 11 Home. No changes were made to the system except for installing a new SSD. I was trying to personalize the Desktop, but it said that Windows was not activated and to activate Windows. When I tried activating Windows from Settings, it said that it couldn't find a valid digital license. Lenovo support has asked me to contact Microsoft regarding this. I tried opening support tickets on Microsoft Support regarding the same, but it took more than two days for an agent to be assigned, and the agents just closed the tickets, saying that the issue was resolved without even contacting me regarding the issue. I have tried opening the tickets thrice with the same result. So, I wanted to know if there is any other way to contact support, such as via email. I am from India, if that helps.
