Windows 10: Windows 11 disconnecting from internet and not reconnecting

Whenever I’m using my windows 11 laptop, it occasionally disconnects from the internet randomly and won’t reconnect. I have it connected through Ethernet and that doesn’t work either. After it disconnected, I attempted to connect to a neighbors network, but that also did not work. It only fixed itself after a reset. What should I do to fix this?

My router has been acting up lately. Its been disconnecting from the internet and eventually reconnects overtime. But the disconnect happens so frequently, its annoying and I've reverted to asking for help.

I suggest you to Change the USB power management settings and check.

  Open Device Manager.

  Double-click the type USB to change power management settings.
  
• 
  Right-click the specific device you want, and then click
  Properties.

  On the Power Management tab, change the power management settings.
