Windows 10: Windows 11 Disk Usage Spiking to 50% & Freezing all Programs & Connectivity

So I have been encountering a problem where my disk usage will randomly spike to 50% usage and as a result, all programs stop responding and I cannot click anything even my taskbar until the computer decides to stop spiking. I have performed both a clean boot and booted the PC in safe mode and have verified that it is likely a 3rd party program causing the issue, however I am struggling to identify which program this is. When having Task Manager open to monitor the processes, the spikes seem to occur randomly while I use programs. However the Task Manager typically shows System & Registr

100% Disk usage spike on Windows 10

Recently I have experienced that when running most applications (especially gaming) my Laptop would have a disk usage spike to 99% or 100%. when I check the task manager there is no specific program using the disk, its just at 100% usually forcing me to
do a hard restart. baring in mind that when I run the programs the usually run smoothly and very randomly the disk usage spikes. this has only been happening since downloading windows 10. I have read many threads and applied many fixes such as disabling SuperFetch,
BIT service and windows update. I have also disable cloud based protection which seemed to work for some people but not for me, any other suggestions?

Go over Windows using this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: Redirecting

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.
