Windows 10: Windows 11 display Issues - Ghosted programs

I have a Windows 11 pc I built that I run without a monitor as a makeshift server. Ever since I upgrade to windows 11 it has given me display issues. There are times when I can't click on icons because it actually clicks further to the right or left than where I am trying to click. When I open windows settings dialog boxes they won't scroll unless in full screen mode. And today, when I connected after an windows update I have these ghost program images sitting on the desktop. They aren't clickable and anything I open will open behind them and is usable. They just stay in front and visibl

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Can't play Ghost Whisperer on Windows 10

This could be a compatibility issue. I suggest you to install the game in a compatibility mode and check if this helps.

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.
Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

a. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.

b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.

c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

d. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
