Windows 10: WINDOWS 11, Does anybody know how to fix my C drive being full for no reason?

C drive full by installed appsMy C drive says it's full from my installed apps but when I try and see what is taking up 140GB there's nothing, everything there adds up to around 20GB but I can not seem to figure out what is taking up the storage.What I have triedI have tried clearing temp files and used disk clean up but all that has done was free up 5GB from the Other instead of Installed Apps.I also heard that there is a cache in all the installed apps but I cannot figure out how to get there to clear the cache.Please any help would be great because ive been looking for a while now and cant

How to change SYSTEM drive letter to C from another letter

I am working on a step by step process to fix the computer for windows 11 upgrade. (Currently have Windows 10) This was a built PC, but when my friend installed the OS for me somehow the windows install drive became the F drive. Here is a view of disk management I want to do the following (believe I need to do in this order).

1. Move windows install drive letter from F to C
2. Fix it so bootloader is MBR / on the SSD

Afraid of just changing the letter in disk management as the system will look for system files in the f-drive. I do have AOMEI partition assistant installed if that is useful for this task. I really appreciate any help in how to do it.

Access to Drive C disappeared for no known reason.

For no known reason, I lost access to my C Drive which is primary. My computer does not recognize that it exist with all my software. The D Drive works but does not have the software. Any suggestion on how to regain access to the drive?
