Windows 10: Windows 11 does not go to sleep automatically.

Hello everyone. Hopefully someone here can help me as using the chat/call Microsoft support is useless.My computer will not go to sleep on its own. I currently have the screen set to turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity, and the computer to sleep at 5 minutes. The screen turns off at the correct time but then immediately turns back on. I've tried setting the monitor and sleep timers to be the same value, but I get the same result. I can manually select sleep in the start menu, and that works fine, but the point is I'd like to be able to walk away from my computer knowing it will eventua

• Navigate to Start>Settings>System>Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select Never from the drop down list for
  Screen and Sleep.
