Windows 10: Windows 11 does not go to sleep

I am having an issue with Windows 11 where it will not go to sleep. When I click on Sleep in the start menu the monitors will shut off but the PC will never to go sleep. Then when I wiggle the mouse the monitors will turn back on but are still at my desktop instead of the lock screen. The PC will also refuse to sleep after the designated idle time.I did a "powercfg -requests" command in the terminal and got the following info.SYSTEM: [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\explorer.exe AWAYMODE: [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\explorer.exe Thinking that a service may be causing th

Adobe Flash message in IE 11

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Sleep

Hi,

This may happen due to its power plan. A power plan is a collection of hardware and system settings that manages how computers use and conserve power. For this, we suggest that you reset and restore power plans to its default. kindly follow these steps:

• Open the Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste the command below into the command prompt, and press
  Enter:
  • powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
• Close the Command Prompt window, and then restart your PC to apply the changes.

After that, go to Power & sleep settings
by typing it into the Windows Search. Check the When plugged in, PC goes to sleep after
settings is set to Never.

IE 11 not working

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
