Windows 10: Windows 11 does not start up some programs and more.

OK, so lets begin with the specs i'm running.Im on a 7800x3d with a Asus ROG strix 670E-E MB.I have corsair 6000mhz vengance RAMAnd a 4080 GPUWindows version ; 10.0.22621 Build 22621 The problem :Everytime i'm in Windows everything runs very smooth , Browsing , playing a game etc.Then after a while when im in a game or just browsing somehow my browser for instance just locks up.When i then close it task manager cause i cannot close it with the cross, i am unable to make it work again . This is for all browsers like Opera , Chrome , Edge.most of my programs keep working , but for instance Dis

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
