Do you have the latest version of Canon's DPP4? It should be 4.17.10 and from my research on Canon's website, this seems to be the only one compatible with Windows 11.

I know your camera may not be the Canon EOS R3, but that doesn't matter as the software is the same. Somehow Canon just doesn't have a standalone page for DPP4 version 4.17.10

Make sure you go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps to uninstall the current DPP4 first. And restart your computer before you download the latest version and install it. Hopefully that fixes the issue.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
