  2. Windows 11 Secure Boot and TPM 2.0

What does PC Health Check say about your hardware qualifying for Windows 11? Run it now from PC Health Check

In system information it tells me secure boot state is off and it says I’m in Legacy bios already.

My bios is already in UEFI according to the system information page on Windows.

Which of these statements above from your last two posts is correct concerning UEFI or Legacy Mode?

If System information says UEFI Mode then I gave you dozens of steps to try to get Secure Boot and TPM started. Please work through those steps now and report back results.
If you need help just ask back.

Secure Boot and TPM2 are needed to run the WIndows 11 Security features.

Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.

Windows 11 Secure Boot and TPM 2.0

If you know for sure Windows is installed in UEFI Mode because there's an EFI System partition in Disk Management, and in System Information it says BIOS mode is UEFI, tthe SSD is formatted GPT already.

Did you reset the TPM2 chip in UEFI setup? That should be one of the steps I gave. This will also remove the PIN so you'll need to add it back. But it can get Secure Boot working.
