Windows 10: Windows 11 doesn't recognize usb devices on startup.

Hi,Recently, after my computer went into standby mode, it no longer recognizes usb devices mouse, keyboard, and wifi. When I shutdown the pc via the power button and turn it back on, it boots into the login screen where the usb devices remain unrecognized and I cannot log in. About 1 in 4 times when I do this, windows boots into recovery mode stating that windows did not start correctly. Attempting to repair windows through this method does not seem to work. How can I repair my pc without losing all of my files. my GF has a sims 4 save that she is very invested in.

Some USB Devices not recognized in Windows 10

Hi have Windows 10 Pro insider preview 10532 64bit Pro Intel i7 desktop PC.

I have multiple USB devices connected, USB 3 & 2. The USB HDD is working however my Samsung phone and kindle are no longer being recognized. The steps followed so far:

• Uninstalled all USB devices in device manager including controllers
• Flashed BIOS to latest version
• Updated USB drivers for the devices from manufacturers sites
• Tried new USB cables

Please note: both devices are recognized by my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop.

I really don't want to fresh install, please suggest any diagnostics I can try.

USB device not recognized spam

You may receive this error if one of your USB connected devices is not properly recognized by the system. Let's try the troubleshooting steps provided by
Krishna Prasobh V on this
thread.

In addition, we suggest that you turn off the notifications from the USB by following these steps:

• Open Settings by typing "settings" in Cortana's search box.
• Click on Devices.
• Locate USB and toggle the switch to Off.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
