    Windows 11 doesn't remember taskbar settings


    I just upgraded from W10 pro to W11 pro yesterday and am having some trouble with the taskbar not remembering my settings. I have "combine taskbar buttons" set to never. When I launch a program or open a folder or open firefox the taskbar buttons are varying different widths. Firefox especially says only as an icon. I can briefly remedy this by right clicking taskbar and opening settings then my taskbar buttons jump to the correct size. However it resets as soon as I close the program/folder I was using and have to do it again to fix it:This is my taskbar with nothing open. When I click on fir

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Windows Edge still doesn`t work correctly

    Hi,

    Thanks for your ideas. I tried exactly as you said but it made absolutely no difference.

    I still can`t download, still doesn`t remember login details although it still asks me if I want the details remembered.

    Do you or anybody else have any ideas to help. It`s too late now for me to go back to Win 8.1 so I`m stuck with an os that doesn`t work properly.

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
