Windows 11 doesn't support Raid so beware if you try upgrade on PC with system drives in Raid.

Ran Windows 11 health check on my MSI GT76 Titan 4K notebook running Windows 10 Pro. Notebook passed every Windows 11 requirement all green check marks on every requirement. Ran the Windows 11 upgrade which completed but installed a functioning but incomplete version of Windows 11 Pro missing all important basic Windows management tools. My notebooks system drive uses 3x 2TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD in Raid0 & that's why Windows 11 didn't install properly. Windows 11 doesn't support Raid. Had to reinstall Windows 10 Pro & forget about Windows 11 upgrade. Beware if you're Windows

RAID 0 is myth / RAID 0 is not possible / RAID 0 is a lie / RAID 0 is not possible on Windows 10 / RAID 0 does not exist

I have a Ryzen 7 2700x with 32 GB RAM, Aorus 470x Gaming 7 Wifi Motherboard, RTX 2080TI. Can you suggest me a better pc build which supports RAID 0? What should I upgrade to support RAID 0 on my external HDD
Inateck Aluminum USB-C RAID HDD Enclosure Dual Bay (FE2101). Thanks

  3. RAID recovery

Heya, usually you need to set your storage configuration in BIOS to AHCI or RAID first.

Switch to RAID in BIOS and than (I only know this for Intel Systems), restart your PC.

At the beginning of the bootsequence you should see an additional screen, with a detail list of RAID drives.

It should list your drive too, if not, than it is not a RAID0 any more.

If it can boot back to your system, you should immediately backup all data you need.

The problem is RAID is a one-way process (at least for Windows).

After you got your backups, reboot and set your BIOS storage settings back to AHCI or RAID1 or whatever you wanted. Than you can format your drive and reinstall the new OS.

Hope this will help you out.
