Windows 10: Windows 11 Downgrade

I have a simple question. I want to buy a new laptop but there is a catch. Laptops with windows 10 are more expensive than with windows 11, and I don't want to buy a laptop without OS, simply because I will have to buy it separately. So my question is: Can I downgrade to windows 10 from windows 11 that is preinstalled and using windows 11 license key to validate windows 10 on a machine. I've heard a lot of things about windows 11 and I'm not sure I want to use it.

I just reran the Media Creation Tool that I just downloaded a few minutes ago. It took less than three minutes to create the ISO file on my medium powered computer with NVMe SSD and 500 Mbps internet connection. Maybe try restarting your computer and downloading a fresh Media Creation Tool? Make sure to note where the ISO file is stored at the last step:

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.

Internet Explorer 11 downgrade

I was trying to downgrade IE 11 to IE 10. In Programs and Features, I unchecked the Internet Explorer 11 option.

But when trying to uninstall the updates, IE 11 is not listed in 'View installed updates'. So I could't proceed further.
