Windows 10: Windows 11 Download error - 0x80080005 on all updates

I have been trying to update windows but keep getting 0x80080005 on everything. Tried DISM but it won't run scans for some reason. Tried deleting the DISM logs and running again but still no luck. Tried SFC and it found something and fixed it but now nothing else is wrong and issue still happening.Tried manually using a standalone installer from catalog updates. Says server execution failed on every finish for any .msu file. Any ideas?

Sorry? Have you got the correct Tweaking .com's repair tool? Or followed the steps to the end where you actually do the numbered repairs?

It guides you through stages of preparation, then you perform the repairs in Safe Mode.

Of course, you can just go to Safe Mode, launch the program, and directly run the repairs, missing the preparation... not the best of ideas. It's designed to give you ways of going back if something goes wrong by creating a restore point, registry backup... then doing the repairs.
