    So I just discovered that my PC was still on the 21H2 version of Windows 11, so I thought that to upgrade to 22H2, I should join the Insider Programme Beta branch. However, after joining the Insider Programme, I learnt that I shouldn't have to, as 22H2 was in full release. So, I left the Insider Programme, but the Insider Programme version is still being downloaded.How do I stop downloading the Insider Programme version?
