Windows 10: [Windows 11] Downloads crashing and rejecting install

I've been trying to download and install Wireshark onto my laptop since yesterday but as soon as it finishes downloading in browser and tries to install on the system, the pop-up windows dialog box gets stuck hanging as Not Responding. When I attempt to close it out, it returns another pop-up that says "Microsoft Edge is not responding".My browser is up to date with its latest version so I tried running a troubleshooter for the Windows Store Apps and an issue is detected with the BITS service but couldn't be fixed.Could this cause the downloads to keep crashing? If so, how do I fix this?I co

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

New hardware AHCI driver is rejected by Windows 10 Installation

The mobo is an 8th generation Gigabyte B360 AORUS GAMING 3 WIFI, The mobo installation disk has the driver, [f6lpy-6\iaAHCIC.inf] and is highlighted by the Windows installation 10 process, but then it is rejected. So, downloaded every available driver but the installation rejected them all. So now I am stuck. Any suggestions please?
