I had blue screens back in September which turned out to be a CPU fault. I now have DDR5, a new motherboard and a new CPU. RAM speeds are dialled down lower than the spec running 5200 on a 6400 kit but lowering them even further doesn't seem to alleviate the issue. PBO is turned off in the BIOS, Ryzen Master is not overclocking the CPU and MSI Afterburner is lowe

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
