Windows 10: WIndows 11 dual monitors not on at startup

I have been using an nVidia GT 1030 GPU in a Windows 10 Lenovo desktop, running two displays. I replaced the Lenovo with a Dell Precision desktop to get Windows 11 Pro OS, and installed the GT 1030.At startup, the Lenovo running Windows 10 would activate the two displays, an LG OLED 4K connected via HDMI, and a Viewsonic LED 1080p connected via DVI. The LG has all 4 HDMI inputs being used, and is not always on the Dell Windows 11 Pro input.The Dell will only activate the GT 1030 HDMI video if the LG is on that input at startup. If the LG is on any of the 3 other inputs when the Dell is startin

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?
