Windows 10: Windows 11 , Dump File PCI Express Error

I am using P16 Gen2 with very strong configuration Core I9 13980Hx, Ram 128GB, ADA RTX 4000,2TB SSDOperator : Window 11 genuine 23H2 latest update !However, the computer often gets dumped with an average frequency of 1 time per day. I am very upset about this. I use it on average 8 hours/dayI hope the experts can help me analyze :I would like to describe more about the Dump condition:The computer will hang for a period of 1-2 minutes and then automatically restart. PCI express on windows

I have tested 15 different PCI-Express display cards on a i3 Gigabyte/intel motherboard with windows 7/8/10 . Windows 7 is the last windows that was capable to handle two or more displays. from windows 8 upwards windows are unable to handle pci-express
displays no matter if you have the correct drivers from the manufactory. You will be having blinking, black, flickering screens. If you are a gamer rather look at other operating systems like apple Windows are not a gaming operating system anymore there are
NO updates or solutions to force your pci express to operate on a windows 8/10 platform. Only your onboard standard display will function correctly sadly giving up some of your ram used by the onboard display and keep in mind only older lower 3d games will

I have a code 10 error for PCI express root port.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated drivers and windows update.

I have run hardware trouble shooter.

It won't go away!

Apparently this device name matches up with : Intel(R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port #2 - A111 Driver for Dell - Precision 7720 working on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

I ran the scannow, check health, restore health, etc. Ran Dell's hardware diagnostics including on that item and everything "Passed" fine. Yet errors and shutdowns persist.

Any ideas? Thanks!
