Windows 10: Windows 11 Dynamic wallpaper is not switching images

since 2 days ago, my wallpaper stopped switching from the images Microsoft highlights to the default Windows 11 Bloom wallpaper and i can't switch it manually to other imageswhat could it possibly be?

How to keep Windows 11 wallpaper slideshow from impacting current application in use when the wallpaper image changes?

Is there a way to prevent Windows 11 wallpaper slideshow from affecting other applications? For instance, when you wish to rename a file in "File Explorer" the app kicks you out of the rename process and refreshes the file list when the desktop wallpaper image changes. I like the 1-minute refresh rate but not when it plays havoc with the applications I'm using at the time.

 

Background keeps changing back to Dynamic Wallpaper

A week ago I downloaded a dynamic wallpaper to correlate to the time of the day; it's a city scape so the the sunrise screen comes on at sunrise time, noon for noon, and night for night etc. It all correlates to my time zone. I decided I wanted to change
it to just one background and have no dynamic to it. Just a plain wallpaper. I uploaded the wallpaper and set it as my background but every time one of the time changes for the previous wallpaper (sunset time etc) it changes back to that screen. In order to
have the 1 wallpaper screen to come up I have to manually set it back. I have tried countless options like turning on/off sync theme settings, going the windows + R to delete the wallpapers, but then they pop back up. I've tried the timing issues to just have
it not set on time setting to try prevent the screens changing. Everything I've tried hasn't worked, please help.

1. Right-click Start Menu and click Settings.

2. Navigate to Apps > Apps & features.

3. Search the recent downloaded dynamic wallpaper.

4. Select and click Uninstall.
