Windows 10: Windows 11 end of service. What to do?

I have an Acer Swift 3 running Windows 11 Home. Windows Update gives a message "Your version of Windows 11 has reached end of service. Click to download a newer version of Windows 11". Clicking on the link opens Windows Update which, after a short search says that I am up to date. How do I resolve this.Also, I have a desktop running Windows 11 Pro, and a tablet, a Microsoft Surface Go, running Windows 11 Home. I would like a solution that enables me to run all three machines on Windows 11 Pro. What are the best ideas and solutions please. Thanks.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Reminder: End of servicing for Windows 10 version 21H1 on December 13

On December 13, 2022, all editions of Windows 10, version 21H1 will reach end of servicing. The December 2022 security update, to be released on December 13, is the last update available for this version. After that date, devices running this version will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates containing protections from the latest security threats. This article serves as a reminder of this upcoming change and as a guide to help you with the next steps. Staying protected and productive To help keep devices protected and productive, Windows Update will automatically initiate a feature update for devices running Home and Pro (non-domain joined) editions of Windows 10, version 21H1 that are reaching end of servicing. This keeps devices supported and receiving monthly updates that are critical to security and ecosystem health. Remember that you and your users can choose a convenient time for devices to restart and complete the update while remaining productive. We will automatically update devices nearing end of servicing to the latest version of Windows 10, but you can opt to upgrade eligible devices to Windows 11. Upgrading to Windows 11 Windows 11, version 22H2 – also known as the Windows 11 2022 Update – is available to you on eligible Windows devices. Please note, if we detect that your devices might have an issue, such as an application incompatibility, we might put a safeguard hold in place and not offer the update until that issue is resolved. Open Windows Update Settings.

Securing Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003 services HOW TO

QUESTION:

Did you have ANY others than I did not list above, besides Diskeeper (I use this too, it will NOT work that way, you are right)?

(If so, please provide them, if you have services diff. from the list above & also IF they work doing this technique).

I will try changing their settings sometime, the one thing I've noticed about this guide is that it doesn't list the Windows services that NEED to be left as local system, so some people might not be too sure what they're doing and worry about any that aren't listed. Just a suggestion that you might want to include in any future revisions. *Smile

The problem is that the only ones of these I actually use are The AVG and Windows Defender services and occasionally the "Service Layer" service (related to Nokia PC Suite) and the "Messenger Sharing USN Journal Reader Service" (related to WindowsLive Messenger). Anyway, I'll see how much I can secure those and post back how I get on. I'll try to test it sometime this week just I'm a bit waring of changing the AVG settings because the only way to test if it was still working would be for a virus to be detected... and I' rather I didn't get viruses!
