Windows 10: Windows 11 ENG autounattend.xml and Windows Security in wrong Language

Hello, I have a problem with the Windows 11 unattended installation. I need to install an OS English version with the FI locale settings, FI keyboard. The fact is that after installation UI is English language, except the Windows Security part. It is in Finnish language. If I change UserLocale to <UserLocale>en-US</UserLocale> , then I get Eng language pack installed, but it will be under Finnish and locale settings are English, I still need those in Finnish. Any hints to solve this? What do I need to add into answer file? Actually I have the same problem as one guy described here:

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

Windows 10 autounattend xml installation problem

Hi guys, I have a problem with autounattend XML install. Basically, I have a Windows image that is downloaded from MS and edited to skip all steps for setup. The windows boots and wipe the hard drive created partitions, select language, and created one admin account with the password. The image work when I test it on a laptop and everything seems fine. The image is not working on Virtual box or Hyper- V, when it's, starts on the parts that create partitions I received that error:
windows could not create a partition on disk 0 the error occurred while applaying the auto unnatednd asnwer file's < DiskConffiguration>Setting. Error code: 0x80042565 . The main issue is that I set up a TFTP server and crated WinPE to boot from the samba server where the image is so that I can boot it from the network. When I tested the image from the server it's finding the image and start the setup but I receive the same error with the creation of the partitions like on a virtual machine. With a flash drive, it works I don't know what might be the problem if someone has an idea?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.
