Windows 10: Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 Upgrade Error 0x80240017

I'm trying to install Windows 11 22H2 upgrade from WSUS or Windows Update from Microsoft. Both give me the error 0x80240017 on multiple computers. I'm struggling to see what exactly is the cause and how it might be fixed. I have tried troublshooting Windows Update and have manually reset it. Still the error. Hello,

I was bored windows 11 is not getting any big or feature updates, there have not many features yet.

Is Windows 11's 22H2 Version released? Or, when will it release?

I was just asking, so I can be happy as soon as 22H2 releases.

22H1 - May be there but no confirm news as of now.

22H2 - Expect it later this year.
