Windows 10: Windows 11 Enterprise will not let me log into my PC with personal account

My PC, which formerly was using a personal account, had to be reset. In the process, I lost the ability to log into my computer using my personal account. It is only letting me log into the PC using my work account. This PC is NOT, I repeat NOT my company's computer; it is mine. But, I'm guessing that because it has an Enterprise version of Windows associated with it, I can't use my personal, Microsoft account to log in. I need the ability to log into the machine using my personal account. Does anyone know how I can do this? Interestingly, when I upgraded it from Windows 10 to 11, I didn't hav

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

How do you sync my personal account with my Windows 10 PC? I run Windows 10 Enterprise and it says the domain account cannot be synced and there is no button to press sync with another account
