Windows 10: Windows 11 error 0x00000f

Windows is missing winload.efi, I have tried to use the repair but it says it cant repair the problem. I then tried to use Windows Installation Media Tool and reinstall windows but It wont let me choose a disk because It wont let me install from a removeable USB stick. I even tried to disconnect the SSD with the broken windows but still boots up to the error. I am out of options now dont know what to do...

Hello,

Today I am facing a issue when I start my computer .

It is showing error 0x00000f.

But then I tried this solution, when I add a USB for repairing windows and selected the USB but when I clicks on that USB booting option it again show the same error.

And it is going on loop.

I am very confused what to do

Please help me.

 

Windows 10 boot error 0x00000f

I tried to use the windows repair in the first time it had an error 0x00000e but it ended up changing to 0x00000f. I have tried to boot my computer into safe-mode but it keeps getting an error. I tried 3 times to do system repair but it still gave me the
same error. I tried to go through command prompt and it said the commands are not found to access the safe-mode or do another way of system repair/diagnostics. Can anyone help me with this error? I have exhausted my options.

Specs: Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce 940MX - 1TB Hard Drive

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
