Windows 10: Windows 11 - Error 1935 while installing Visual C++ 2008 x64 package

Hi,I am getting following error while trying to install Visual C++ 2008 x64 package:I have followed all the steps from here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cant-install-microsoft-visual-c-2008/5bad19c1-64d4-42ed-8f47-86f86fdab83f with no luck and it seems in that post there is no definitive answer given.Please help.

While installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable (x64) error 1935 occurs. I read the troubleshooting instructions, did what was in them, but I still have the
problem.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) is part of the installation for CyberLink PowerDirector. CyberLink PowerDirector is video editing software. I get this error every time I try to install the program.

Error 1935.

'Microsoft.VC90.ATL,version="9.0.30729.1",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",

processorArchitecture="amd64",type="wind32".

Any way to fix this problem?

as well as confirm what other components it needs to install properly. The reason we are suggesting this is that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages are generally pre-installed in the Windows operating system and additional Microsoft Visual C++
2008 SP1 Redistributable Packages may require an additional license to install.
