    Windows 11 Error code: 0x80071a91


    Hello. I have a problem installing the update - Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based systems, 2023 10 KB5031354 and Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based systems, 2023 10 KB5031354.The Windows key is activated. Perhaps there are some solutions?

    Windows 11 0x80071a91

    Hello.
    Unfortunately, after a reset, the updates have refused to install with the error code 0x80071a91. The updates are KB5010386 and KB5009469. I've also received such with both older and newer updates including even the newest Cumulative update KB5010414.
    Is there any other way to resolve this? The other steps suggested have also been a flop, unfortunately.
