Windows 10: Windows 11 Error code 0xC004F211

So recently my windows edition changed from the Windows 11 Pro to 11 Enterprise. Because of this, my windows deactivated with the code "0xC004F211" Is there a way I can revert to the 11 Pro and reactivate my windows without having to pay? It also says I do not have a product key. I don't know much about this since it was my parents PC, and I don't know much about the product key. It randomly said this a few days ago. It says "Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed." I did use a PC cleaner that I found on some discord server but the antivirus did not say anything about it
