Windows 10: Windows 11 error

Hello, I am having issues with my HP laptop running windows 11 pro. I was doing a school project where I was required to run Notepad as an administrator. I kept getting an error that I don't have administrator rights. I changed my profile to assign administrator rights. During this process I may have changed something setting on system folder. Everytime I restrat my computer I get an error message "we can't sign in to your account" The problem can be fixed by singing out of your account and then signing back in. I have noticed when I check windows logs under system there are so many errors of

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
