    Windows 11, Event ID 10400 followed by 27, Intel 17 I219-LM repeatedly and randomly disconnects


    I am having a repeated internet disconnect issue on a stand-alone Dell Optiplex Small Form Factor 7020 computer, brand new, shipped in December 2024 but not set up until a few weeks ago. Internet randomly disconnects for around 5 seconds multiple times per session.
