Windows 10: Windows 11: Exe wont open, resorting to local reinstall

Hello,So I am running into a issue where only one EXE which is a game I am trying to play will not open. The launcher does but the game has not. I was told to do a local reinstall but wanted to try anything at all that can be suggested. I have tried excluding the file from windows defender, but it wont open the game. is there anything else that I can do?Thank you

We suggest that you try to reinstall Antivirus and see if it helps.

You can also run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them. Please see the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click Command Prompts (Admin)
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
  sfc /scannow

Windows 7 wont install drivers

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

Please follow the below steps and check if it works,

• Press “Windows key + I” to open the Settings screen.
  

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Administrator account to check if this helps
