Windows 10: Windows 11 Explorer always force close

hello everyone, here i have a problem when my laptop boots up, and I want to open windows explorer it opens and closes immediately. it happens often and won't stop unless i open google chrome or microsoft edge and windows explorer will be back to normal and can be used. but if i close chrome or edge all applications that will open or use windows explorer will immediately follow the force close example: i close chrome and i open ms.word when i click save as win explorer will open and will close itself along with ms word. it will stop when i keep opening chrome I really hope for your help a

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.
  
• 
  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
