Windows 10: Windows 11 Explorer crashes with shift + right click

Anyone else notice this one? If I need to run an app as a different person, hold the shift key down and right click in the taskbar on the app, as long as you don't move the mouse until the menu appears, you're fine. If you're foolish enough to move the mouse before the menu appears, Windows Explorer freezes then crashes?It's really annoying, but as long as I remember not to move the mouse, I'm fine. Guess how many times I forget not to move the mouse?? It happens with any Windows 11 computer I've tried it on. So I know it's not isolated to just my machine.Anyone else see this or have a fix

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
