Windows 10: Windows 11 explorer crashing every few seconds

Working on my computer all day and suddenly late afternoon explorer started crashing every few seconds - just constant crash-then-reload. I did the usual things - checked for new updates none, I'm current, rolled back recent updates, uninstalled display adapter drivers, ran SFC and DISM - no problems reported and nothing to fix.It happens with a clean boot and in safe mode.If I create a new user profile it does not happen there so it's profile specific - until I tried to copy some things from the old user desktop to the new one - now it happens also in the new user profile.   After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.

  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.

  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
